Environmental Clean
Cleaning and antistatic treatment of external fascias of computer
and communications hardware. Doors, ledges, glazed panels and all
other fixtures and fittings cleaned and treated with appropriate
antistatic agent. PC’s, terminals and printers to be cleaned
with screens treated with non-smear antistatic cleaning agent. Comms.
cabinets to be carefully accessed for safe removal of debris and
filtered brush-vacuum of surfaces. Glass fronts of cabinets and
all other furniture, fixtures and fittings cleaned and treated with
antistatic agent. Static checks to be carried out within the area
via formally calibrated electrostatic instrumentation.
Sub-floor
Decontamination
Staggered removal of floor panels followed by multi-filtered vacuum
(efficiency: 99.9% @ .5 micron) of the sub-floor surface area, paying
particular attention and caution to cabling, cable trunking and
junction boxes. Struts, supports, stanchions and undersides of panels
cleaned and treated with antistatic agent. HEPA (high efficiency
particulate air) filtration systems to be used during all vacuum
operations.
Antistatic Carpet Clean
Multi-filtered vacuum, extraction clean and antistatic treatment
of safely accessible carpeted panels. Pre-treatment of stains with
appropriate solution prior to clean. Adhesion of loose carpet tiles
back onto floor panels where applicable.

Antistatic
Hard Floor Treatment
Multi filtered vacuum of floor surface ensuring removal of dust
and debris. Degrease and strip-clean of panels to remove general
soil, black footmarks etc. Acrylic seal and application of several
coats of static dissipative polish to accessible hard floor tiled
area allowing for drying and hardening time in between each coat.
Ceiling
Void Decontamination
Staggered removal of ceiling panels, filtered vacuum of void area,
dust bags cleaned and treated with antistatic agent where applicable.
Items of computer hardware to be appropriately covered during
ceiling void decontamination.
Fluorochemical
Carpet Treatment
Application of a fluorocarbon carpet protector which contains
Dupont ‘Teflon’. This treatment coats and protects carpets
against spillages and staining, and is of assistance in the elimination
of problems associated with shedding carpet fibres. If this service
is required, application is to be after the carpet has been cleaned.
Sub-floor
Surface Concrete Seal
Application of dust preventative polyurethane or acrylic sealant
to accessible sub-floor surface area. These are penetrative seals
for raw concrete or other porous areas, preventing erosion and therefore
assisting in combating creation of under-floor dust in the long
term.
